Now, don’t get too excited. The Tim featured in this story is not me, but our popular engineer, affectionately known around the office as Little Tim.

Tim is running the Forest of Dean Half Marathon on 24th March. The event is organised by the Rotary Club of the Forest of Dean, supported by the Forestry Commission.

The 13 mile course starts at the Speech House Hotel in the heart of the forest and follows a loop of well-maintained forest trails, some with gentle inclines, before winding back again to finish at the hotel.

As TKR’s chosen charity this year is the James Hopkins Trust, Tim will be looking to raise funds for them. You may have read about the wonderful work this charity does for young children in Gloucestershire who have limited or threated lives.

Please make a donation, be it large or small, either at our office or at this link here.

It really is a fantastic cause and we wish Little Tim all the very best. You can expect to hear how he got on in a future blog!
