This month marks an extraordinary milestone for TK Refrigeration as our founder, Tim Rogers, celebrates 50 years in the refrigeration engineering industry.
Few people can say they have dedicated half a century to a profession, but on 7th June 1976, Tim took the very first step on what would become a remarkable career when he started as an apprentice with Gardiners Refrigeration on Winchcombe Street in Cheltenham.
What began as a young apprentice learning the fundamentals of refrigeration engineering has grown into five decades of experience, thousands of successful installations and repairs, and a respected Gloucestershire business that continues to support commercial customers across the region.
Where It All Began
Every successful business has a story, and for Tim, that story began with an apprenticeship.
Joining Gardiners Refrigeration in Cheltenham provided the perfect foundation for a career built on practical knowledge, technical expertise and a genuine passion for engineering. After seven successful years developing his skills and gaining invaluable experience, Tim made the decision to establish his own business.
It was a leap of faith that would ultimately become TK Refrigeration.
Building a business from the ground up requires determination, resilience and an unwavering commitment to delivering excellent service.
