Whenever you have an urgent problem with your air conditioning or refrigeration system, we will guarantee to prioritise your job and have an engineer with you as soon as possible. If we have installed the equipment ourselves or you have a maintenance contract with us, then we will already have the details of the type and make of your equipment and be able to bring suitable replacement parts with us, if we have them in stock, or order them immediately.

We fully understand that, if your equipment isn’t functioning to its optimum capacity, then you run the risk of losing stock or custom. As an established client of ours, you will automatically be upgraded to our Priority Service at no additional cost.

Please be aware that, although we will endeavour to get to you as soon as possible, we do have many clients and one of them may have a problem which is more urgent than yours and that will need to be resolved before coming out to you.

Rest assured though that as a Priority Service member we will treat your call as urgent and be there to fix things as soon as possible.
