I have no doubt you have all been enjoying the recent record temperatures. It is simply perfect weather for ice cream, of course, and I am pleased to be able to recommend simply the perfect ice cream!
Hillbrooks Ice Cream is located on the family run Hillbrooks Farm nestled in the countryside on the Herefordshire and Worcestershire borders. Dairy cows have been grazing on this fertile land for over 80 years and it is their milk that makes the ice cream so special.
They supply ice cream in single 120ml tubs, 500ml, 2.5 litres and 5 litres. Flavours range from the traditional Vanilla Royal Crown and Chocolate to the more unusual such as Orange & Mascapone and Damson.
They also produce sorbets, including Lemon, Apple Cider and Pimms. Finally there are their bespoke ice creams comprising Blackberry & Apple, Fudge and Granny’s Apple Pie.
Our involvement, of course, is supplying and maintaining their extensive range of refrigeration equipment.
